Great service and friendly, helpful staff. Nicole and her Sicilian colleague did a great job. I enjoyed their delicious cappuccino while I waited. I highly recommend them.
Nicole was amazing with my 11 year olds first ear piercing. Very patient and explained everything in an age appropriate way - she kept her calm and relaxed despite her needle phobia. Excellent hygiene throughout the piercing process. Highly recommended!
Easily the best piercing experience I’ve had. Nicole made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job! For a delicate area and a re-pierce at that, I could not have asked for a better in studio experience and after a week in, healing experience too!
I had the most incredible experience and service at Metalia Studios. Dmitri, you’re an angel!! You made the experience from start to end so wonderful, fun, calming and provided guidance and care throughout. I’m obsessed with my new helix. Every staff member that I spoke with was so lovely and professional and to top it off, you were wonderful to by two daughters who I had to bring in with me.
