Fantastic customer service, everyone is super knowledgable and friendly, their service is extremely quick. If I ever order something thats out of stock they normally get it in 1-2 days. They also have every almost every metal you can think of. Fantastic business!

Even though I have a CNC shop and have material on hand for our work. There's times that a prototype comes in or a customer might ask for a couple extra pcs. I can call over there and pick up that 1' or 12' foot piece that's needed to fulfill our customers order. 👍
The customer service is outstanding.
Arrived @ the Raleigh, NC location long after their posted closing time (Totally 110% my fault, should have checked that PRIOR to leaving the house). However the gentleman taking care of paperwork at the counter was kind enough to let me retrieve the online order I had placed a few days prior anyway. These are the kinds of little things that turn me into a repeat customer.
Metalmarkets has been great in helping guide me to the correct materials for my applications. The guys there are very attentive and its a pleasure really working with them. Great crew!
