We thought it would be cool to use a steel I-beam as a mantle. We went to Metal Supermarket in Louisville and they were AWESOME!!! We kind of expected to be laughed at for going to a serious industrial place for “decor” but they were exceedingly friendly and helpful!! Showed us our options, cut it to the size we wanted, and delivered it next day all for a shockingly low price. I highly recommend them if you need any sort of metal for any project. They have no minimums!
