Had roof replaced after the hail storm of 2023. The roof has leaked 3 different times in less than 3 years. They did come out and reseal the first leak that was pouring water through the light fixture onto the kitchen table. The second leak the technician who came out tried to say he didn't see how it could be leaking, however he did replace the vent seal and that stopped that problem, but damage was done to sheetrock ceiling in garage. New metal roof installed on my almost 4000 square foot house in Fayetteville, AR. It has a fairly complex geometry and they did a good job. I liked that they placed spacers above and a reflective barrier above my previous roofline before installing the roof so that there was a cooling barrier. The room above my garage got very hot in the summer with the previous asphalt roof, and it is about 10 degrees cooler with the white metal roof.
