Can’t doubt the work this company does because their customer service is so bad we couldn’t get someone out to our house. They gave us an estimate that has no breakdown of the cost (which is not cheap) and didn’t like having to answer questions like “how did you come to the price you did?”. Their response “go back to the person who put your roof on and ask them for an estimate.” This doesn’t answer the question and came off quite rude and implies they don’t want our business.
It took several days to receive an estimate for cleaning our roof. When it arrived there was no way to understand how the estimate was arrived at. I replied, asking how it was calculated, and also asked if licensed and insured, the response to me was to find someone else. They certainly don’t need my business.
Great Service started on a Monday and finished by Friday.. I highly recommend Metal Roof Master
Lots of competitors out there. This company stood out. They recently started my roof. I’m very happy with their work ethic and efficiency. I had lots of concerns, but company was patient answering them all. Roof tear off in one day and paper already next day. Also, I have two young kids and was worried about loose nails.
