Love love this clinic and the employees
I’m honestly done with this place. I drove an hour from Yorba Linda on November 26, 2025 , and it was a complete waste of my time. The clinic is disorganized, communication is poor, and there’s zero sense of urgency or respect for patients who actually show up for their appointments. Nothing about the visit felt professional. I like my NP and the responsiveness of the reception staff. There have been some reschedules and paperwork issues, but otherwise, pleased. One thing though that could use some work was the U/S tech. I had an U/S and she didn’t leave the room for me to undress…that was very weird. Also a paper gown would’ve been nice and I didn’t appreciate her wiping my breasts off of the gel for the exam. I am seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. I had a few hiccups along the way with making appointments. Changes regarding insurance caused some misinformation but will just be in the habit of asking questions about everything, from appointments to blood draws, and everything in between. Everyone you interact with wither in person or via phone has a pleasant tone. And I have since revised my review recently to an improved scoring due to Metabolize Health reaching out and showing some excellent customer care.
This has been my go-to wellness place for a while now. I love Michelle, the nurse, and she has a wealth of knowledge on hormones and beyond. I feel so much better since starting my treatments and Metabolize Health, and they offer a lot of different options. Definitely recommend it.
