I have known Clare for many years. But it was about 4 years ago that she and I reconnected, and she started putting me on a plan for me to get healthier. I cannot recommend Clare enough!! I came to Clare after many trips to a GI specialist that only masked issues with medication. I had terrible acid reflux, anxiety, struggled to lose weight, all the things. After months of work with Clare, she's gotten to the root of my issues and given me my health back. I've got more energy, better sleep, no acid reflux, and in the process of losing the baby weight I was holding on to. It's the best thing I've done for myself.
