I have known Clare for many years. But it was about 4 years ago that she and I reconnected, and she started putting me on a plan for me to get healthier. Appointment canceled 20 minutes after they communicated with me that they needed my permission again to be paid. Admonished by the assistant for not having my paperwork done soon enough before the appointment when I asked why (this was about 2 hours before the appointment).
