So far my experience at the North Little Rock MRC has been amazing! The ladies here are truly excited to help guide you with this lifestyle change.
I began this weight loss journey in late August. And so far I’m down 37 lbs. it is the easiest program I’ve ever tried. I have gotten off one of of my blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetic meds My A1C is now 5.2. 4 to 7 is normal. I’ve not felt this good in a long time.

These ladies actually CARE about what they are doing! They are always there when I need help or advice and always have great ideas! The recipes are super yummy and losing this weight is easier than I imagined! 51 inches down and a full 40 pounds GONE!
They are great. I’ve lost 10lbs and can easily see where it would be more if I wasn’t such a bad rabbit and hadn’t found Trader Joe’s dark chocolate peanut butter cups! I’m going to get to my goal!
It works counseling great, I think from experience MRC far superior than any other weight loss program. Sign up work the program enjoy the new you.
