I have been on program for about 3 months and have lost 20+ pounds. The food options are good, supplements are pricey but effective. My one complaint is that the staff turnover is annoying. Erica is very demoralizing and seems to always be there. The others were all good, but I think gone now. If you want to lose weight then you will have success with this plan, but you have to commit to it.

I have ALWAYS struggled with my weight and had resigned myself to the fate of having the cursed genes of obesity (great excuse, huh?) I lost 20 lbs. three years ago. I now gained 8-10 back. The thing is for now on you have to keep taking Total Women, etc. to keep it off for life. They say you will be weened off of all those. I don't think so. It is not good because it is very expensive and that is what keeps you going back to buy more. It does work and you will lose as long as you keep taking, drinking and all there snacks. Some of the foods are gross.

MRC diet plans work if followed accordingly. However, it can get quite expensive. Go to the free consulation and learn about the program. Ask for Shirley .. she is wonderful!

Staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgable! Easy to approach also. I have been on the cleansing menu for almost a week, I have already noticed a difference. Within two days I had lost 4lbs!! The staff is very supportive and I would highly recommend this center to anyone that has had a difficult time with their weight.
