I’ve just started going to this clinic. They seem really nice. I seen Dr. Honey East at first and will be seeing JoAnna Warren NP for continued care. I seen JoAnna years ago at a different clinic and just realized recently she was seeing patients here. Along with my tandem insulin pump lady Shirley I will hopefully get my ups and downs with my blood sugars regulated. Thanks so much.
My life has forever changed because she listened to me and we were able to determine I’ve lived my whole life with PCOS. I’ve been working with her for over a year and have felt better than I have since my 20s (and down 60+ lbs and counting). 10/10
I wrestled with myself before submitting this, but I am just disappointed. In my 10+ years of being shuffled between the medical systems in Mississippi, never have I been told that I would not be accepted as a patient because I am self-pay (which is only because the state of MS kicked me off state insurance since as a household, we make "$344 too much", but I digress). But apparently, Metabolic Medicine does indeed, NOT accept any patients that are self-pay. How is this type of discrimination legal? Insurance is a crock of B... read more
