I live near these buildings, specifically 4601 W Washington in Mid City. For years I’ve been going to the liquor across the street from that building, I get the Bus that’s right below from that building. I honestly don’t know what the requirements are to live there, but 4601 has the worst tenants. Specifically one man, Black,in his late 50’s maybe. Wears glasses. Renting at one of their new properties. My AC has been out for over 3 months and I’ve reached out to Meta & Solari (the property management team) & of course the property I’m renting at. They have done nothing to repair my AC. It’s been out since May, right at the peak of summer heat. I got in contact w Meta to escalate the issue but they’ve done nothing to help me with this solution. I feel like there is no solution at this point. I have been paying my rent on time still. All 3 months it’s been out and I payed too!
