You're in luck if you get Alvin in the Chinatown location. He did a great job following the description I gave him and took his time to consider what I would like. The Salon's haircut package is also very affordable.

Extreme horrible!!! DONT COME HERE. I went there for Japanese straightening. I don't know what hair products they used on my hairs. After ten days, my hairs started to broken from the top and I have an area (a quarter-coin size ) almost bared. I have contacted the manager and the only thing I got is we are sorry. They say they don't have a "refund policy".

Went here to get my hair colored to brown with highlights and showed them a picture of what i wanted and they made me blonde. I called to see if I could go to the location closer to me and get a re-do they hung up the phone, called back and they said no.

I gotten a deal through pulsd for massage,facial, mani and pedi. The experience was just ok. The massage and facial was good. The mani and pedi it felt rushed. Especially for my feet it needed more care. Overall the staff are friendly, but if you are expecting something out this world you'll feel disappointed. It's just an average place.
