Would stay clear of this business. Came highly recommended by a friend but was absolutely not professional and a waste of time. Mark will come and measure multiple times and still take months to send a rendering. Then after many discussions will send a rendering that is absolutely not what was agreed upon with no explanation. Then after questioning, will send an email saying you need to find another contractor. Clearly he has done this before. Not professional at all and would recommend finding someone more responsive.
We used Messina Renovations for our kitchen remodel. The project was quite extensive, including the removal of a 14’ wall. We met with Mark the owner, discussed what we thought we wanted, he tentatively listened and came back with 3D drawings that encompassed everything we wanted plus some creative ideas of his own. We had a large downstairs remodel quoted and after months of discussing scope with them and finally ready to move forward (we were doing an upstairs addition first) we got a TEXT stating he’s decided to not work on our project. No phone call, no explanation. Very unprofessional!!
Great company for all your home remodeling needs. They are great, Mark is a fun person who takes his business seriously. This is an awesome company with Great values!
