I reached out about a rental property and was shocked by how rudely I was treated. When I mentioned that two roommates are 19 and still establishing credit, the agent laughed and ended the call. As someone urgently looking for housing, I found this dismissive and unprofessional. A little respect goes a long way, especially for people trying to secure a safe place to live.
