Dr. Dockins put a new veneer on my front left tooth in 2017. The veneer cracked in half missing half the veneer. I called Dr. Dockins office during business hours and got the recording on November 1, 2018 I left my name and number and wanted to discuss the veneer. As of November 23, 2018 I have not received a return call. I also had a filling done in 2017. The filling wasn't sealed well and now I am having to get a crown on the tooth I had filled last year. Best dental experience I have had in quite a while. Staff made me feel whole and the doctor has a personality as sweet as pie. I didnât feel pressured or rushed as I have felt at some dental practices almost like an assembly line. They addressed all of my issues and guided me to the right resolutions. I really felt comfortable and I donât normally have those feelings about dentists because some just get tired of being good in my opinion. Excellent patient oriented personnel take care of patient first and foremost. Always professional and detailed about dental care needed and very detail on explaining plan of action.
If you have to go to the dentist, this is the place to go. Dr. Dockins and her staff are always professional, courteous and caring. Very seldom have to wait even 20 minutes to get seen. Great dentist office.
