Even though Dr. McDaniel has decided to retire, his staff continues to do an amazing job. If you're the type that's scared of dentists, look no further. The new hygienist is the best thus far. She's very gentle and really cares as she will take the time to show you how to properly care for your teeth (brushing, flossing, etc). Everyone welcomes you with a big smile and send you off with an even bigger smile.
I had a checkup and cleaning today. Everything was good. Despite my informal attire and bad attitude I was treated like I really mattered. The staff here is great. I drive a long way to come here and that's why.
The dentist and assistant and the whole staff were great, they were patient with me because I’ve had a bad experience at another dentist office but I want them to do know I really appreciate excellent customer service, and them being real friendly, this is the dentist office you don’t mind going to.
Everything was good with staff that ere new to me! This was the first time (at least that I remember!) having the ultrasonic? cleaning. I like it better for cleaning my teeth, but was quite a wet process!
Started appointment on time. Hygienist very professional and did a great job and great communication.
