Some of the best authentic barbecue in New Mexico. Very refreshing to have something other than Mexican food of which you can get on any street corner.
Waited 20minutes on a server no one showed. didn't even get to order drinks. Really horrible service
Terrible BBQ, the ribs were like planks of oak, except oak has more moisture. Excessive portion size does not make up for inedible food. Sides are tasty.
Ribs "aren't ready...Yeah they are still in the smoker" WOW seriously at 12:10pm on a Thursday...dear Lord that's sad for a BBQ joint...also no chicken on the bone.. Went there for the Sunday buffet....is appointed with the selection so ordered ribs and brisket instead. Only two small slices of brisket and it tasted average. The ribs were dry as saw dust. Told server to take it back and I'd just have the buffet. Ribs were better on the buffet. I don't like chopped brisket so didn't try it. Chopped pork was stringy and dry. Unfortunately I had a terrible meal! I ordered the sampler and it showed up without the ribs! They told me they ran out (at 2 pm) and didn't offer anything else in its place! For a Saturday I must have got Mondays leftovers, everything was dry and cold! Beans and coleslaw were tasteless. Our server was nice but the food was terrible. I called to complain three times before I got a call back from Iris the owner. Food is dry, overcooked, and warm (not hot). Tried it once won't be back.
