The sweet tea was good...the Mac and chesssse no cheese... Slaw was chopped dry cabbage. Brisket was as good as the brisket plates we buy for fundraisers from kids in high school....ribs don't know he said they sold 45 racks before 630...Wow that's a huge pile of ribs 45racks really dude
I have lived in las cruces 20 plus yrs mvbbqco is the best bbq las cruces has ever had..............I hope you stay in las cruces for a long time.
The green chili cornbread is amazing! Also enjoyed the coleslaw. Fresh and yummy.
The brisket, chopped, and pulled pork were good. Pretty close to what I used to get in Fort Worth. However, there's a spice in the ribs and sausage that gave them a weird flavor. Not horrible, but not Texas BBQ either. It's a difference i'm just not used to I guess. The sauces are good though. The mac-n-cheese was really dry. But hey, it's a BBQ joint, not a mac-n-cheese joint. The trade off is that in Texas they don't know green chile and New Mexico isn't a BBQ state. Best bbq in town!! All the meats are sooo good!!! Its hard to choose which one is my favorite!
Brisket, ribs and wings were my favorite and the ranch style beans were yummy too!
