Horrible customer service. Counter person was uninterested and unwilling to help me find the parts I needed because I didn’t have the brand name. Granted I had the actual parts with me that needed replacing and he couldn’t even be bothered to compare some parts they had in stock. His response was “I don’t know, boss.” with a shrug and an eye roll.
Get it on paper !!!!!!
Overall a good company and easy to work with, but today I called a out ordering a tub and whoever answered the phone rudely said we don't sell bathtubs, like it's a dumb thing to call a plumbing supply company.for
