Mr. London is someone I highly recommend, as black man dealing with emotional baggage, Mr. London showed how much of it was causing my own downfall. I had doubts about trying to do EMDR due to the bad reviews about it. Yet after tip toeing from it I realized I had to do it. I can say it is life changing in a positive way but I recommend you build a base up in terms of doing your own healing to get yourself in a better mental space. Breakthrough on my first session!!! I wished I could do a video review… words don’t express my gratitude for Mr London. I’m excited about my progress and excited about my life and tackling my challenges. Feeling so much better about my outlook on life, positive changes and im telling everyone I know because with all of the challenges we face daily I need these sessions to help me balance my life. I started understanding the value of therapy after reading "The Road Less Traveled" by Dr. Scott Peck. But reading about the impact of therapy and actually experiencing it is completely different. Keith is a great listener with practical solutions. Prior to meeting Keith, I never saw the value in seeking guidance from a counselor. He was able to relate and connect with me better than other counselors that I have tried. Keith was able to quickly identify the root cases of my challenges and provide enriching exercises that required me to do a deep dive into myself.
