Tracy, the Nurse Practitioner, has been the only provider able to successfully lower my resistant blood pressure with medication that truly worked. I still have white coat syndrome and I fear the BP cuff every time but I feel comfortable with her she listens carefully, offers thoughtful suggestions. The front office receptionists are always welcoming. I never wait long to be called back. They also offer telemedicine appointments. So far my experiences have been very good.
Tracy will prescribe multiple drugs and not know side effects. She was condescending from the 1st visit but I thought it was quirky. In my third visit with her, today, I had to literally walk out and won't be back! I asked other staff if she was just having a bad day. So consistently condescending but today she was actually rude. Dr Gilli, MD, is a caring physician and has a great staff at Mesa West Medical Group. He has been my primary doctor for around 20 years, and I credit him for saving my life five years ago when he strongly recommended I see a cardiologist and get a calcium test done which led to a double bypass on my heart.
