I was not too happy about the service I was provided all the way around. I checked on my insurance website for who was in-network and I found Mesa Vista Wellness' address and phone number and assumed that they were in-network. I wasn't told otherwise on my first appointment or the following 4. I never go out of network because we are already paying a good chunk of money for insurance each month so I should be using what I'm paying for. On my 5th appointment they tried to bill me over $100.
