Very bad service. Gave me appointment twice I went never wrote us down. Two different employees waisted my time two weeks in a row spoke with manager all they said was too bad we can’t see u even though my employees gave you a fake appointment. Never apologized. Never took my pet will never ever think about going to them nor would wish anyone else to go through them very rude and unprofessional. I would not refer to anyone. This is a unprofessional place to taje your pet. They injured my dog and did not want to accept responsibility. No apology or nothing. They were using assumptions blaming my dog for a accident they were responsible for. if they only used the correct protocol. then they send me a letter that I could no longer take my dog thier. etc etc. which I would never trust them with my dog ever. Dr starr very ruid person.
I appreciate Dr. Silpa's heart to serve the greater good. I'm not from El Paso, but attended his FB Live Q&A about RHDV2 that was free and open to the FB community. Many thanks for bringing awareness to this disease and providing great information!
They are hands down the best vet in the El Paso area. I bring all my pets to the Mesa location and the mobile vet location. The staff is so friendly, the health and well being of your pet comes first to them! I would highly recommend them to everyone. -Sunny, Chiquita and Korvo are thankful to you for always caring for their health.

Staff is always so friendly and professional. They are very thorough when explaining how to care for your pet after a procedure once you take it home. Not only is it very affordable but I feel very secure taking my pet to them. 🥰🐶🐕
