be there early for surgeries or emergencies.. people come here for lower prices so don't be complaining you spent few hours waiting for only shots..
I love taking my fur babies to paws n hooves mobile. Everyone is so helpful and truly love their job. It shows how amazing they are just by how busy they get, you do have to wait several hours but its totally worth it. I value quality service, and I love that they do an exam before doing shots. I lost one of my puppies to parvo 2 days after taking it for vaccines at another mobile where they just gave the vaccines and I would never take that risk again. I highly recommend!
I’ve been waiting to get shots for my dogs for seven and a half hours. They told me it would be one to two hours! They are taking all the surgeries first and leaving people who are waiting for shots last. Just FYI if you come to the one on Zaragoza. They told me I should’ve seen the sign that said long wait times. That was their apology. Extremely unprofessional and beware they take the most expensive cases in first! My dogs are stressed. Do not come here. Don’t waste your time!

I am out of words with how grateful I am. After so many clinics turned me away since they’re not taking any new patients... they did not hesitate to make space for my kitten and ultimately saving his life. He randomly started bleeding from his eyes and nose and you can imagine the panic attack I had. Thank you so much to Liz and other staff members who on top of helping me calm down.. they attended to my cat and cared for him... now he’s home and back to being himself! Thank you so much!!!!!
