I would highly advise anyone to look elsewhere before considering this place to live. Since the new management took over (F&F Properties), it's been an absolute nightmare. They continuously charge hidden fees that aren't explained, and they completely disregard the terms of the lease agreement. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like they’re trying to take advantage of residents. Our onsite manager Salina is amazing! Her presence, particularly her vibrant personality, is very much appreciated. I especially want to acknowledge the experience I had with her Monday morning while I was taking out my trash while she was literally picking up/cleaning trash in the dumpster--which we all can agree is not the most sanitary duty to have. Thank you Salina! I would also like to acknowledge Maria who has always been very kind and patient the few times I have needed assistance. Thank you Maria.
Save yourself the trouble. In terms of actual housing, it's a solid place to live. Fairly spacious rooms and a decent price. Before maintenance was honestly good too, but the property recently changed hands in July of 2024, and I put in a maintenance request for an issue (the shower was, and still is, either literally skin blistering hot or tap cold no in between).
