Won't be back. Third time in a row I've waited two hrs or more to get called back. Maybe just bad timing but I'll take my chances elsewhere.
I have an awesome primary care physician but the front office staff is PATHETIC. Never gets messages to my doctor. When I call to try to talk to my doctor they put me on hold for 10-20 minutes so I call back and they let it ring and ring then hang up on you. Doctors are good staff are terrible. They do this to my whole family and wonder why people go out of town for decent care. Something has to be done. Hire competent People!!!!
I brought my daughter here on a Saturday. We check in and before I could get settle in the waiting room she was being called back. Alicia MA and Cassie FNP were both kind and listened to my concerns, we were immediately sent over to the ER. Cassie called ahead so when we got to the ER, we checked in and ready to head back. My daughter had a wonderful team of nurses. I am very thankful that the staff Mesa Primary Care/Immediate Care and WMC for taking good care of my daughter.
Immediate Care was very busy, but they took lots of time with my 85 year old mother to make sure she had the right medication and treatment. They were kind and patient and talked to her. I am so impressed with the staff.
I see Deb Griner at Mesa. She is awesome. Very thorough and extremely knowledgable . If you think you might have any cardiac issues she is definetly who you need to see. Her assistant Casey is awesome as well. She always remembers you and your issues. You can tell when people are genuine and they both are. The front office people are very nice and efficient as well. I had a great first experience here. I needed a new primary care doctor and was blown away by their caring professionalism. Dr. Griner was happy to answer all my questions and gave me great feedback and advice. I'm happy to have found an office that I'll be comfortable going back to.
