I’ve had mixed experiences at this salon. The first time I visited, I felt welcomed and comfortable she even took it as far as taking pictures of her art. Unfortunately that hasn’t been the case with my last 3–4 visits. From the moment I walk in, it seems like there’s a problem or some sort of tension, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. I was treated very poorly for asking for my toe nail to be applied straight . The lady and man both began slamming things , snatching my foot and clipping/ filing aggressively. I asked to my big toes to be fixed in a straighter position I asked kindly quietly the lady being speaking loudly “what?” You won’t don’t like it at all” I said I like the shape it’s the big toes and offered to show a picture from my last appointment here instead of fixing she said I’m going to take them off.
