Piss poor HOA. The lights at the park in our neighborhood have been out for the better part of a year. Today they completely closed out the entire road outside of my house to tar the road, but we were given no heads up about it or anything. Not only am I unable to drive out of my house, but I have also missed a day of work.

Called in a emergency common area lawn over watering, i.e., water had been running for over four hours, and was hung up on. Sick. I should have called the "Water Waste" hot line at the Water District instead!
Don't follow thru with violations or repairs that are needed. Keeps going on for several months, and then on next meeting agenda. And again and again...have tried to be helpful as I care about my community but have been treated without respect or courtesy by our manager.
I feel the word above is very harsh but it fits this company. I thought HOA mean HomeOWNERS Association but Owner really should not be in there. Mesa Management is not recommended at all. I was homeless living out of boxes for 9 months because they took their time and did not communicate very well when my condo flooded (which was an accident)(no fault of mind).
