Very kind and helpful
court ordered to take a course through this company I’ve been calling for over six weeks during business hours and never able to get anyone on the phone. I’ve left well over 10 voicemails and haven’t received any callbacks. Very unprofessional and poorly managed I really wish The court would find another place to partner with for mandatory courses.They make it extremely stressful and impossible to complete. Now I have court soon and will need to have my lawyer ask for more time and pray the judge allows it…..so disappointing... read more
Doesn't answer phones when they're supposed to be open and even if you leave a call back number they still won't call you back. Been having problems with there online book that has no direction on where you need to start the book from. The pdf file for the online course has a contest page but it on page 47 out of 98 . So I recommend you go in person if need questions answered because they don't like answering the phone
Horrible service....ill write more once I get my certificate...
