Wonder if someone can share some work they done on the Summit XL. Ive been doing a lot and Im having a hard time getting the results Im looking for. What am I doing wrong?

I bought my 15 needle Embriodery Machine from Mesa, Great Bunch of People. Amy in Sales was Fantastic. She got me a Great deal on this new machine. Bernadette in Training is the Best. She took lots of time Training me on the Digitizing Software. Everybody there is Frendly Knowagable People. They Know There Stuff!
