I would HIGHLY advise to stay away from this company. I purchased a 6 Head Highland embroidery machine and it has been nothing but a nightmare. You are promised the world prior to you paying for the machine. After you pay the $35000 for the machine, they will stop responding to your calls. To run a logo you better have patience because you will spend 2 hours on a 5 min logo because the machine keeps malfunctioning. From thread breaks, to needle breaks. This is not a honest company. The Summit DTG XT problems since the beginning every day!!!!
Support is terrible! If you sold a machine or software you should be there to help customer if something goes wrong.
Recommended1st you never use a embroidery machine before they trained You. 2nd You can load another design while running another 3rd If You have any problems they are there to help You PS DID I NOT SAY THEY COME TO YOU WOW THAT'S WHAT I AM SPEAKING ON

I purchased a single head embroidery machine and a chenille machine 3 yrs ago...I have had nothing but problems with the chenille machine...Recently I had a tech come in to service my machine, someone they recommended, and litteraly 2 weeks later my machine is not working! After spending all the money for the first service call, they would do nothing to remedy this situation...the tech was their recommendation...and therefore we expected to have the repair done correctly. I bought a used Highland embroidery machine - it had a minor issue at first but mesa quickly fixed it and now its running great. Supplies are cheap but good there too. People are friendly and helpful. Been busy learning more and hope my home business is booming soon!
