Although I live 6 hours away from Mes Amis Quilt Shop, I found it to be a "return with pleasure" shop! The owner as well as all of the employees were so sweet and helpful - not pushy but there for my questions and comments!

I was happy to find this delightful shop while visiting my daughter at Tulane. I felt immediately welcomed by the staff while I enjoyed the beautiful fabrics. They have a treasure trove of NOLA fabrics and a good variety of first quality quilting cottons. Well done!
I live in the Midwest but always visit Mes Amis when visiting our daughter. They say they have lots of bright fabrics, which they do. They also have wonderful pastels that I like. Lots of Mardi Gras and New Orleans fabrics that you can't find anywhere else.
Loved the shop - lots of good stuff - can't wait to visit again.

Can I give more than 5 stars? I love this shop - and I've never actually visited! Denise does such a great job of posting fabric photos on Facebook that I've ordered several times over the phone, and sent orders with my mom when she visits. The fabric is high quality and I love that I can get specialty fabric unique to the area. I just can't say enough good things about Denise and her shop. Someday, I'll actually make it to New Orleans, and Mes Amis will be much higher on my priority list than Café du Monde or any other New ... read more
Wish we were closer!! While in NOLA visited Mes Amis - great shop and fabulous folks! Fabrics are gorgeous - love the Mardi Gras fabrics. Everything is so beautiful -
