I wish I would have come here a lot sooner; I had no idea until recently that Merz carries many niche fragrances, which are accessible as samples. Tanya was absolutely the best! She was really attentive, even knowing that I was interested in a few samples rather than a full size bottle. She turned me on to several fragrances from several houses I had been wanting to try, and she had a great sense of what would appeal to me. I'll definitely be back for more samples soon, as I'm a complete fragrance geek with a limited budget.... read more

I love this store so much. anything I need or am looking for is always here. I love that they carry unique independent brands, organic brands and European brands of herbs and vitamins, creams, lotions, potions and soaps. I shop here a lot!
It's been a good 10 years since I've been in the store and have was a frequent shopper when I was in the neighborhood. I visited this past weekend looking for a certain hand cream and receive awful customer service, which is a first. I asked if they carried the hand cream and the sales associate said "no" and walked away. I wanted to ask if there was comparable product. I LOVE Merz. I have been shopping there for years. There is SO much to explore there and something for everyone. The ambience is very old-world and the selection is contemporary. If you visit Merz once, you will be a regular!
