I’ve been shopping at Mertz apothecary for years. The owners and some of the staff know me well, they’ve watched my children grow from toddlers to teenagers. The last few times I’ve been in the store, I’ve experienced the worst service. It seems the staff turn over is high and the quality of service has diminished. I was not greeted today, the staff just walked right past me and began chatting amongst themselves. When I asked for help it seemed I was such a bother. What an “old fashioned “ drug store used to be. Helpful, knowledgeable people behind the Extensive counter - they can help you find what you are looking for.
One of my favorite shops, both in person and online.
If your Looking for something, they will have it here. The staff is super friendly! But they are way too expensive!! One is better off purchasing the very same items on Vitacost. However, if you're looking for something as soon as possible, then this is a great grab-and-go type of joint!
