SO glad I made the decision to hire Meryl as my personal trainer. As someone who has a decent amount of experience in the gym, I wasn't sure how much I would benefit but it's been a complete game changer!!! My physique has changed so much since working with Meryl and at 36 I feel stronger than I ever have. I still have a long way to go but am confident I will reach all of my goals and then some with Meryl.

I do a lot to keep my body healthy but sometimes you need a helping hand. I've had a few issues/minor injuries that months of self work didn't correct. After a massage session focused on those areas, aches and pains improved thereby allowing my body to continue healing on it's own!

She’s the best! I especially love that her treatment modalities are customizable depending on my needs versus a “one-size-fits-all” session. I feel much better after every massage with Meryl!
