I have never seen such disgusting behavior from a supposed doctors office. I am a pharmacist that is trying to deal with my patient who does not know which blood pressure medication to take because this office prescribed him 3 different medications all in the same class that cannot be taken together. I have called this office at least 7 times since yesterday morning and am currently waiting on hold and it has been exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting. The worst staff I have ever seen in any medical office I have been too... They don't even listen when you tell them your problem is. They know what is right like you don't know your body...
A horrible staff barely answer. The phone and when they do its with an,attitude Dr. Richard‘s office is.the most tacky office. I have ever been to in Jersey City. Throw the whole staff away and,rehire people with class and common sense. The doctors are pretty decent though but they let the staff run them.
