This is an A1Cardio doctor for me.He has helped in in a huge way and words can’t express the gratitude I have for him.
Dr. Richard is a wonderful doctor but calling the office is a NIGHTMARE- they put you on hold don’t remember to come back and recently, if you call for renewal of prescriptions, they do it INSTALLMENT instead of the usual 3months supply. I come regularly every 3 months for bloodwork’s and come back in two weeks for the results and still being given the run around for renewal of prescriptions. This is how you lose patients. Please address this issues. Thank you.
Their website says they open at 8:00 AM. Not so. They open at 9:00 AM. Waited until 9:30 to get some bloodwork done. The girl still hadn’t gotten in when I left. Difficult getting to talk to someone on the phone. Dr Patel is excellent. Very caring, very knowledgeable..
I have never seen such disgusting behavior from a supposed doctors office. I am a pharmacist that is trying to deal with my patient who does not know which blood pressure medication to take because this office prescribed him 3 different medications all in the same class that cannot be taken together. I have called this office at least 7 times since yesterday morning and am currently waiting on hold and it has been exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting.
