I went to Merv's Mowers with a simple problem: My weed eater wouldn't run. They told me on the phone they could recondition the entire fuel system for $50. When I dropped my machine off, I was told it would take a week. 5 phone calls, 3 visits and a total of 4 weeks later, I am still getting nothing but excuses. When I call or stop in, it takes them an average of 15 to 20 minutes just to find my paperwork.
