Very, very, very expensive ($450 to replace 3 feet of tubing) and they do NOT roll the service call cost into your bill, which they did not tell me ahead of time. Would not do business with them again. The people were super nice though.
Merts heating and air did a fantastic job. We needed a new AC and furnace replacement. Jose G. and Blaize S. arrived at our home and got right down to business. They were very professional, courteous and neat during the install and haul away. We would highly recommend Merts.

Expect to pay in full on the spot. Merts will not invoice, even if the service call was for an investment property. It made it super awkward for both us, as landlords, and the tenants. Do not recommend.
