He is rude
Having attended this practice for over 12 years I can testify to their commitment to best practice treatment especially Dr. Horwood (and when he isn't available due to being on holidays etc. any of the other doctors). Despite having moved to Beerburrum 12 months ago, I still go to Merthyr Medical regardless of the 70 minute train ride due to the quality of treatment and the great receptionists who are very attentive, courteous and understanding. Great staff, always welcoming. The doctors there gave me a painless Depo that I get monthly. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
