2 weeks ago sent my little truck to them for a service, however they charged me for tightening my batteries? Never had a problem with them prior. Photo as attached 2 weeks later I pull up to find the batteries dragging on the ground. Also after picking up my truck told keys are in ready to go. Had to stop they hadn't locked the cab down. The Receptionist was very rude, disappointing with the attitude and the lies that where told.

I called to enquiry and the receptionist lady on Thur, 11 Sep just hung up on me. Very rude receptionist!
