My husband and I just purchased one of Dustin’s homes & are so extremely happy. It is beautiful & you can tell he takes his time & uses quality in the things he build his homes with. He is very responsive & hands on during the whole process. We highly recommend Dustin & Merryfield Homes.

Dustin Merryfield is a GREAT builder!! I have worked with many over my years of Real Estate and honestly most just aren't good at communicating. Dustin by far is one of my favorites so far. Love his communication, love his work ethic and love his style! So far so good and I would definitely recommend him again!!

We built our first home with Dustin and have nothing but good things to say about his work. If you are looking for an experienced, meticulous, and reliable builder, Merryfield homes is a great choice. Building in 2022 with inflation, material shortages, and more obstacles we were still able to finish right on time. From the beginning to even after finishing our home he has always been responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to build our next home with him again!😀🏡
