Dustin Merryfield is a GREAT builder!! I have worked with many over my years of Real Estate and honestly most just aren't good at communicating. Dustin by far is one of my favorites so far. Dustin has been amazing to work with! He is right there, every step of the way!! His personal knowledge and guidance are invaluable. Add to that, he has amazing contractors with fantastic skills and knowledge as well! Dustin kept in constant contact throughout our construction. He helped guide us on several changes that we absolutely love! Highly recommend!!
