My friend had several things stolen from her home from some of their employee(s). They did press charges and did get their items back.

House was cleaned Monday, far from satisfaction 1/10. Will post pictures of after they cleaned if possible in the comments. Merry Maids sent out a new crew to clean on Wednesday they did a fairly decent job I would say a 7/10. Manager was suppose to come and inspect the cleaning but when I arrived to meet the cleaning crew after cleaning, I was told manager was to busy and did not come to inspect. Stole my diamond anniversary ring today and a $500 Visa gift card we got for Christmas and rummaged through my closet and other jewelry. I’d give zero stars if I could. Beware!! Don’t use this company!! I’ve contacted the Sheriffs department and I’m waiting for an officer to come make a report!

This is by far the worst cleaning bunch I have ever experienced. Not only that, I was robbed, lied to and their promises were never kept! Very expensive.
