Very Disappointed, booked service for end of November. I was hopeful with all the positive reviews, I have never been able to afford cleaning, but took the chance because I was overwhelmed with two jobs with two small kids and treated our family once to help us out before the holidays. Just writing this review now. The person was scheduled to arrive at a time, ended up being 2-3 hours late. I never received a phone call that they were running late. This review is not service related. I had a rather disheartening experience with this branch of Merry Maids. I dropped in on my way to gym this pm to enquire about their hiring as I'd recently been chatting to someone looking for a parttime cleaning job. The door was answered by an oldish white lady with blonde hair. The unprovoked passive aggression and hostility she treated me with caught me completed off guard.
