Booked a move-in cleaning service for around 380$ The washrooms were brand new, so not much was needed there, but the problem areas like the staircase and high-traffic hall were left dirty. It doesn’t look like those were cleaned at all. My spouse was at home but busy coordinating shifting and other jobs, so couldn’t monitor closely. The management team is very easy to communicate with. I would recommend setting expectations with a team member so they can leave a note with the cleaner ahead of time. Barring that, speak with your cleaner. We had Cathy, and she did a great job. She was very receptive to any feedback and even redid certain areas if I felt they needed a little extra! We did the deep cleaning option, and asked her to focus on the bathroom and kitchen. They look great!
You want good clean honest work done by lovely people that I can call my friends - you treat them with respect they treat your cleaning as if their own belongings . Have them come into your home and make it a better place for you to live in. I did and never regreated it. No security problems. Have my keys. Never a problem.
Very Disappointed, booked service for end of November. I was hopeful with all the positive reviews, I have never been able to afford cleaning, but took the chance because I was overwhelmed with two jobs with two small kids and treated our family once to help us out before the holidays. Just writing this review now. The person was scheduled to arrive at a time, ended up being 2-3 hours late. I never received a phone call that they were running late.
