I’ve had several recurring issues with the quality of the cleaning, to the point where I’ve had to repeatedly point out the same missed areas. Dusting, in particular, has been consistently overlooked, and when it is done, it often feels rushed and incomplete. The photos attached were taken after I was told the job was finished. To their credit, they did come back to re-clean, but I’m paying for a service so I don’t have to supervise or manage the work. Merry Maids keeps my home in Miami clean for me. They did a whole home deep clean top to bottom for a good price. Now i have them come every 4 weeks regularly. Clean fresh.
We recently bought a house in Homestead, FL and had Merry Maids come out to do an initial cleaning before we moved all of our furniture and belongings in. They did a wonderful job, they paid attention to the small details, and pointed out a few problem areas that needed extra attention.
