Vacuuming was substandard. This is the 2nd time I have needed to vacuum after the maids left. As I explained to Sylvia, I work from home, so I am rarely free to inspect their work when they are finished. I have stressed the importance of being able to trust they have done the job. There really much to do at my home, so vacuuming is a big deal to me! As mentioned, this is the 2nd time mentioning the vacuuming. I am challenged to pay full price for service when I need to complete the service after they leave.
They were excellent!
