Amalia did a great job for the last service. She did a very detailed cleaning which took almost 4 hours. The house looks great. Only wish is if the firm can send over team of two to make the job faster and less distraction for us.
Update: The Merry Maids team rectified the issue, and the cleaning was much better the second time around. They even sent someone to check in and review the job. We were hopeful with this service as it was very easy to book and the price seemed reasonable. First, the cleaner showed up 1.5 hours after the designated arrival window (which was already a 4 hour range). Then, she finished in less than 2 hours and many parts of the house were not cleaned thoroughly. In fact, none of the dishes in the sink were addressed. Windowsil... read more
