I don’t know why anyone would hire this place. They don’t clean they left my bathtub filthy and empty the garbage and they stole my high-end shampoo and conditioner. I filed a police report. And they stood around texting all day

I reluctantly give this company 1 star as they are the worst cleaning service I have ever used. I will attach some photos of what they left and did not clean – when I called the office they sent them back. Today I spoke with the owner and he wanted to charge me for the hour. The hour they sent them back to finish the job they did not do. they also overcharged me and now the owner wants to charge me for their return and hung up on me in the process of communication.
Merry Maids did an excellent job in my apartment. The prices are great and the quality is top-notch. Highly recommended!
