I just started reading the book so I can only give it a 3 right now because I'm only in the middle of the journey First Step was realizing I have a problem and the Second Step was Finding a decent resource in the sea of options. The education that I've had so far makes sense that I need to finish the book before I can upgrade to five stars. I can tell you this customer service has been five star service so far
