Lived here for almost 3 years. The apartment was beautiful and the staff were always friendly and understanding. However, the apartments around me always had water leaks and damage. It started affecting my apartment. The pool was basically opened to the public and everyone in Leander would show up.

Hats off to maintenance! With this miserable heat they try their very best to get all work orders completed 100% Thank you for fixing the slamming door. Much appreciated! Let's not forget about how well you keep up the property looking beautiful. Sarah in the office is amazing! Management AMAZING! Josh has the office running at it's best as ever? So proud to say I am a resident here at Merritt Legacy Apartments.

The office doesn't fix bug issues in the laundry rooms. There are cracks reveling the inside of the walls in a laundry room. There is rust on the buildings from the sprinklers. In the last 365 days the fire alarms for the buildings went off at least 4x-the fire department stating it's a mistake. 1x due to sprinkler issues. The doors are always broken. The building and apts are humid as all heck. The laundry machines do not work and they refuse to fix them stating that they're fine. The bug spraying company was unprofessional... read more

Horrible roach and bug problem many people on our floor complain about the same roach problem the exterminator said there are may apartments that he’s not even aloud in because the roaches are so bad save your self the time because josh will strut around the apartments like he’s doing something but obviously he’s not
