Ryan was so thorough on my semi annual service. We switched to Merritt Air from another Brevard County Company 6 months ago and we are very happy with their service. Always professional and not condescending. My new Trane system has reduced my electric bill and reduced the humidity in our house, allowing us to keep the thermostat at a higher temperature. AWFUL COMPANY TO WORK WITH & THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU WITHOUT TELLING YOU. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a newborn baby & we found mold in our home from an ac leak so we had multiple companies come out & give estimates for free. We called to make an appointment & they said they will send a technician out in a voicemail & then when I called back to confirm, she got my info & we hung up. Teach your drivers how to drive
You guys had an absolute psychopath driving and cutting off cars on Nova Rd today. This truck wanted to go around me and other cars, almost slamming into oncoming traffic. I would NEVER recommend a company with an employee like this who wants to put multiple cars in danger.
